About Brig Seaver

I am retired from a career in computer software and a career in the US Navy. During the last 15 years I have been a Yoga teacher, personal trainer, swimming Instructor, competitive powerlifter, coach, and referee, all certified.Early in life my mentors instilled in me the importance of physical fitness, which led to a lifelong dedication to the pursuit of excellence. In my sixties now, my passion to help others continues. My duty is to pass it on, the experience and the passion.

Training Philosophy
Teach the principles and the mechanics of exercise: the what, how, when and why.

Training Professionally Since
February 12, 2003

Typical Training Session

My training is focused on education, so each session is half presentation, half hands on. In four sessions we cover stretching, the mind-muscle experience, exercise principles, exercise techniques, and how to set up a training program. My objective is that in 4-5 sessions with me, you will learn everything you need to know to train yourself. I consider myself as a techer and coach, not so much a personal trainer in the usual sense.
