Before that, I earned an AA in Pre-Physical Therapy Studies at Miami Dade College. Typical Training Session

A client can expect a typical training session to include a warm-up, a mix of weight training, HIIT, cardio, and sport-specific exercises tailored to their goals, followed by a cool-down with stretching. Sessions are designed to be high-intensity, challenging, and enjoyable, focusing on both immediate progress and long-term results, with stretching as an essential part of their fitness journey as well.


Client success story

One of my clients cam in with minor knee pain and a goal of running the New York Marathon. We focused on building endurance, stamina, and lower body strength to address her initial challenge. Through targeted training sessions, she not only overcame her knee pain but also surpassed her goal-oriented time during the marathon. She successfully completed the full marathon without experiencing any pain during the race, a testament to her dedication and our focused training approach.
