I am originally from the Dominican Republic but came to the U.S. when I was 12 years old. Regarding professional careers, I did structural engineering for about 14 years, however, by 2019 I completed certifications from the National Academy Sports Medicine (NASM) in Personal Training, Nutrition Coaching and Performance Enhancement Specialist, decided to change careers and entered the fitness field. I really enjoy helping people achieve their own personal fitness goals through an optimal exercise/nutrition program.
Hourly rate: $80
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
The optimum performance training model consist of six adaptive training phases:
Phase 1: Stabilization Endurance
Phase 2: Strength Endurance
Phase 3: Hypertrophy (Muscle Mass Gain)
Phase 4: Maximal Strength
Phase 5: Power
Phase 6: Maximal Power
