I got into fitness very early on in my life through sports and eventually to Crossfit. I have had a ton of life experience and fitness experiences since then that has lead me to be a better and well rounded fitness coach. Over 5 years in the Marines where I lead physical fitness sessions and was at the top of the board when it came to our physical fitness tests. I understand what it takes to be well rounded, healthy and excel at your goals. I am now a full time professional firefighter where I adapt my training methods to the job. With all of this experience, training, and knowledge.. teaming up with me to make a plan and those goals that never seemed achievable will become a reality more quickly than you imagined!

Typical Training Session

This can really vary so much from person to person with goals in mind… I would just say the typical training session will be challenging but doable and you will leave the session far better than when you walked in. For a client with no restrictions that is training to gain overall health through metabolic conditioning and strength lifts… starting a session with a strength focused lift or super set, 5-25 minute conditioning workout and accessory/stretching at the end. The workout will be custom tailored to fit you!
