I’m Kelly Williams, a certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist. I have 11+ years of experience helping people with joint pain and mobility challenges get back be being active and healthy in the hobbies they love – relatively pain and hassle-free!
I find the root causes and challenges that are causing your joint pain and mobility issues and create a customized exercise plan (that incorporates the advice of your other practitioners if applicable) that you can start right away. This gives you a focused and holistic start to your long-term goal of resolving your aches and limitations and getting you back to living an active life and seeking adventures!
Hourly rate: $65
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
Sessions start with a cardio warm-up followed by foam rolling, trigger point release, or stretching where it’s needed. Then we move into strength exercises specific to your muscle imbalances using bands, body weight, or light hand weights. Once your ability to properly align in exercise improves (may take a few sessions) we progress into more functional and balance exercises that can help you with your goals (weight loss, toning, building muscle, etc.).
Tina turned 50 and that was a tough year for her. She had developed pain in her R foot/heel and it progressively got worse. She saw several doctors and specialists and no one could really tell her what was causing the pain. It got the point where she was experiencing pain all day and all night. She started missing out on travel and family trips because she couldn’t walk or stand without pain. She endured this pain for a year before we found each other. She had a goal of weight loss, but we started with a focus on her foot first. We foam rolled, stretched, iced, heated, massaged, and slowly worked into walking cardio. After 2 months of working with me – she took her first pain-free step out of bed in more than a year. She cried with joy and we planned her next phase of exercises for weight loss goals. So proud of her!
