About Charles L

Originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico, I have spent years immersed in the world of fitness. My journey began in martial arts as a child and expanded in high school, where I competed as an athlete. This early exposure to training and discipline sparked my passion for fitness.

Earning a collegiate scholarship in track and field, I competed at a high level, achieving a national ranking of 11th and accumulating multiple accolades. After my track career, I transitioned into combat sports and yoga—two disciplines that challenged me in different yet equally transformative ways. Through boxing and kickboxing, I pushed my body to new limits, while yoga deepened my self-awareness and connection to movement.

My dedication to fitness led me to bodybuilding, not only to grow my personal training business but to inspire and impact more people. I quickly earned my pro card in the OCB, a respected natural bodybuilding organization.

In addition to my athletic background, I hold multiple certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, including Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES), and Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC). I am also currently preparing to earn my Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) credential through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).

With extensive experience across multiple disciplines—athletics, martial arts, yoga, and strength training—I bring a well-rounded, results-driven approach to coaching. My goal is to help individuals unlock their full potential, whether they seek performance enhancement, strength development, or overall well-being.
