I offer in-home personal training and post-rehab training, bridal and bikini boot camp near south location/lakefront.
The Body Workout works with the beginner to the advanced exerciser. I have a masters in exercise physiology and many of my trainers have a degree in fitness. We also work with clients with special conditions, from heart disease to post-physical therapy.
