About Chris Ford

I have spent my life trying to help people meet their wellness goals. What I offer my clients that perhaps no one else can is the ability to help with diet and exercise within the comfort of their home. My approach is very simple – help people take control of their health by teaching them skills that will last them a lifetime. I have trained over a thousand individuals and conducted research on nutrition and physical activity at the highest level.

My training program is based on decades of training in powerlifting, bodybuilding, running, martial arts and yoga. It’s designed for maximum fitness, agility and aging prevention. My research is focused on preventing cognitive aging through diet and exercise, and I use this expertise to help busy, high-performing professionals meet the cognitive demands of their careers.

Diet is just the beginning. We’ll also create a personalized fitness routine to bring about dramatic changes in your fitness (and physique) with minimal equipment, less than an hour a day, and you won’t have to leave your home or rely on a gym to get results. I use my advanced training in nutrition and exercise, elite-level fitness and science-based approach to burning fat and building muscle using high-intensity, video-based home workouts.

Typical Training Session

I spend time first getting to know my clients and their needs in a consultation session. I’ll use that time to take measures of your fitness and body fat. I’ll father some information about your diet, health history and experience with exercise. From there, we’ll develop a set of goals and a timeline over which to achieve them.

Client success story

Many to share, but perhaps Janice is the best example. She came to me at 55 looking to lose 30 pounds and gain control over her health and fitness. She worked with a trainer, so I collaborated with them on her nutrition and training goals. We worked together for nearly a year, during which she lost more than 30 pounds, and around body fat. Janice, of course, was like many of my clients, but what I loved about her was that she continued to practice the skills she’d learned long after working together. From time to time, I check in with her. She’s now maintained her weightloss, and the habits that helped her achieve it, for more than three years.
