I am an enthusiastic Kinesiology Graduate with a Personal Training certification. As a former rugby player and avid golfer I realize the importance of maintaining physical fitness. I specialize in weight-loss, toning, muscle gain and athletic performance. I do touch on injury prevention and recovery sessions also. My sessions typically target compound muscle groups for the most part to maximize on time in the gym. I also always have a day set aside for improvements in weaknesses or physical limitations.
Hourly rate: $75
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required

I have a former client I just stopped working with due to the pandemic that was an active golfer that saw a 2 month recovery in His rotator cuff. The client and I met twice weekly and did injury prevention and recovery sessions with light resistance training and core exercises. This client has been able to improve functionality in the shoulder while maintaining his golf game.
