With our programs, we will make getting your ideal body obtainable without dreading each workout and eating chicken and broccoli 6 times a day. Whether it’s through our one on one training, small group or fitness classes you’re going to be looking and feeling your best. We want to maintain the best service possible so we like to keep our client base small, because results are our number one priority. We don’t just work with anyone to make a quick buck. This is exclusive one of a kind progressive and evidence based training. We’re not a big corporate gym that trains everyone the same way with cookie-cutter routines. Each program is uniquely customized for that specific client based on their wants and needs with a focus on injury prevention and long term, sustainable health and happiness.
Hourly rate: $75

After deciding if we are a good match for each other, I like to give an assessment and discuss your goals. All forms will be electronically sent to you so we don’t have to worry about wasting time in person filling them out. That way on our first meeting we can get right to what you want; results. From there we will complete our first workout by going over the basic key movements such as squats and planks. These are the movements that everyone should master in order to build a solid foundation. Each subsequent workout will be more and more tailored to your specific needs.
I started working with a lady who had lots of joint pain and who had recently become diabetic. With our training she’s lost 40lbs, no longer has knee and ankle issues and does not have diabetes anymore! Incredible!
