I am a 28 year old dancer from the Bay Area. I started my weight lifting journey in college 2019 and have done my own research on dancer based workouts to help with agitlity, strength and power. I have been teaching dance professionally for 3 years and have been gaining my own experience with weights for two. I love training dancers and hope that my methods can help improve quality of movement.
Hourly rate: $80
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
Be open and expect to learn new moments and challenge yourself, while also keeping the integrity of proper form for classic weight training movements. We will start with a warm up, get into workout with weights and training for stamina, and end with a cool down and stretch.
People that I have helped train have said they felt they got a solid workout in and it has improved their back and knee pain and helps boost their energy levels.
