Hi, I’m Christina, a passionate and dedicated personal trainer committed to helping individuals transform their lives through fitness. With a focus on personalized fitness I specialize in weight loss, toning, strength training, pilates, flexibility, balance and corrective exercises.
I believe that fitness is about more than just physical appearance—it’s about feeling strong, confident, and empowered in every aspect of life. My training philosophy centers around creating a balanced and sustainable approach to fitness, tailored to each client’s unique goals and lifestyle. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, build muscle, improve your flexibility, or simply feel better in your own skin, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way.
I have over 12 years of experience in the fitness industry and hold a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in athletic medicine and a certification in personal training through ACSM. My approach integrates a variety of training techniques, including Pilates and kettlebells and HIIT to keep sessions engaging and effective. I prioritize proper form and technique to ensure that my clients train safely while maximizing results.
One of my greatest joys is watching my clients grow stronger, more confident, and more capable than they ever thought possible. I take pride in fostering a positive, motivating environment where everyone feels welcomed and empowered to push their limits.
Outside of the gym, you can find me in the Dance studio as dance is another passion of mine. My goal is to not only help you achieve your fitness goals but also to inspire you to lead a healthier, more balanced life.

When you train with me, you can expect a personalized, results-driven experience tailored to your unique fitness goals. A session will always include a dynamic warm-up to get your body ready for movement. This might include light cardio, mobility exercises, and stretching to increase blood flow and prepare your muscles for the workout. Each session is designed with your specific goals in mind, whether that’s weight loss, strength building, flexibility, or improving balance I’ll guide you through each exercise, providing hands-on corrections and cues to help you get the most out of your workout while preventing injury. You can expect positive reinforcement, encouragement, and a push when you need it to go beyond your comfort zone. I believe in creating a supportive environment where you feel confident and inspired to achieve your best. We’ll finish each session with a cool-down that includes stretching and recovery techniques to help reduce soreness and enhance flexibility. This part of the session is essential for your body’s recovery and overall well-being.
