With over 10 plus years in the fitness industry, my main concern is catering to the client and building a good relationship in regards to their fitness needs. Exercise provides a tremendous amount of benefits and it is important to help achieve as many as possible with my clientele by encompassing different methods and training philosophies. I have worked as a strength and conditioning coach with collegiate and professional tennis players. I was the head of basketball for multiple programs in NYC and coached many sports such as soccer, basketball, lacrosse etc…
I competed as a natural bodybuilder in the heavyweight division and taught Physical education and health for 7 years.
Hourly rate: $90
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
First and for most a nice hello is important and checking in on how the person is feeling and if there are any injuries or concerns. From there different warm up protocols. Working on mobility, strength or any other category that I deem as important. Lastly, finishing with a recovery, mobility or light stretch during the cool down phase.
My success story is impacting many kids through fitness, education and providing good strength and conditioning into their workout routine and platform. Getting tennis players to lift weight and practice strength training has added a boosting facet to their performance and tournament play.
