About Claire Willcut
I am originally from Denver, Colorado so I grew up loving the outdoors and hiking with my family. I am also a life-long dancer and professionally pursuing dance alongside a career in fitness. In other words, I love to move! I have worked in gyms my entire life and have been teaching dance and gymnastics since I was a teenager. I am an extreme extrovert, so I love getting to know people, and being involved in fitness, I aspire to help people envision and shape their own pathways to healthy lifestyles.

I believe in a well-rounded fitness philosophy. I like to emphasize equal parts cardio, strength, and flexibility training. I also believe that success comes from within and I am here to help people unlock their own inner potential.

Typical Training Session
Traning with me starts with goal setting and a thorough plan to reach those goals. Clients can expect a comprehensive warm-up that builds into the skills and movements that we will work on in that session. I am also a huge advocate for flexibility training, so there will always be a sufficient block of stretching to end each day.
