I went to a nutritionist my freshman year of high-school, right after cross country season right before wrestling started. I did this to learn about nutrition and how it can enhance my sports performance. From there, I went to a tech prep school my junior and senior year where I took Sports and Exercise Science. This is where I began my journey down this path and also how I got my first Personal Training Certification. I originally wanted to learn about health and fitness to better myself, but now I have the drive to use my knowledge to help others achieve their desired health and fitness goals. Starting with one person at a time.
Hourly rate: $45
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
A greeting and starting conversation, usually about your day. I will then have you do a few warmup exercises to loosen up the body to prepare you for the exercises ahead. We will begin the exercises, briefly demonstrating to you how to do them before hand. I will make adjustments and assess you as on the exercises to make sure you are performing them correctly. I will be there pushing you through the difficult parts and encourage you along. At the end of the session we will have a talk about the workout, the goods and what we can work on. This includes any questions you may have. Lastly, I will walk you to the door and say our goodbyes until next time.
