Coach Driver here! Army Veteran, that has taken the opportunity to take advantage of my health and well being since the age of 6 and wanting to enjoy the journey with others of like mind. I started training individuals at an early age, around 2013, after I was able to see the progression in myself from my years of training. I immediately fell in love with being apart of my peers fitness journeys and wanted to chase after it! I studied kinesiology at Western Illinois University in order to obtain more knowledge of my passion so that I would be suitable for more growth in my field. Shortly after, I joined the US Army in order to train everyday in the most efficient way possible. After separating from USASOC in 2020, I wanted to jump back into the mix and continue training individuals in order to transform their mind, body and spirit into whatever my client has envisioned. I enjoy what I do on a daily basis and would love to add embers to the fire growing in your body.

A typical training session with me is far from standard. I implement circuits that are sure to get your blood flowing, morale high and strain on the body at a low level. First in foremost, keeping safety as the main priority. I usually like for my sessions to last 45+ minutes, however, I am very flexible. Feel the burn, die a little bit in the gym and feel a new on the way out!
My clients are always winning, at least when they are not in the gym. I demand the best out of my clients on a daily basis and refuse them to quit on themselves. Once, I had a client that wished to lose 15lbs in 8 weeks as well as improve her run time by 45 seconds (in preparation for the APFT). Not only was we able to cut the lbs down through simple cardio and a caloric deficient diet, she was able to cut down her run time from 16:41 all the way to 13:55 on a two mile run!!!! She was rewarded with 2 cheat meals that week as well as a gift card to Subway.
