I believe fitness is a lifestyle. We each need to find our own path physically, emotionally, and spiritually so we can be the best we can be. I love to help people reach their fitness goals and I will be there with them every step of the way.
Hourly rate:
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
A typical session will begin with a dynamic warm up readying the body for movements that will be performed in the training session. After the dynamic warm up we will work through functional movements that will help the client with their specific goals. Finally, the last part of the session will be concluded with cool down and stretching.
