As an ex-gymnast and ex-pole vaulter, I discovered my love for exercise at a young age and have since dedicated my career to sharing my passion for fitness. I am half Russian, half Mexican, and have had the privilege of living in diverse cultures such as Mexico, India, France, and the USA. My professional journey has taken me to Paris and Mexico City, where I worked as a personal trainer in renowned studios like T3mplo and Wolf Terrace.
Currently, I compete in calisthenics at the elite level, and many of my clients hire me specifically to learn advanced calisthenics skills. With four years of experience as a group and personal trainer, I am committed to helping my clients achieve their fitness goals through personalized and effective training programs.
I am fluent in Spanish, English, Russian, and French, allowing me to connect with a wide range of clients from various backgrounds.

In a typical training session, clients can expect a comprehensive and engaging workout that blends various disciplines to achieve a well-rounded fitness experience. I incorporate calisthenics, HIIT, traditional strength training, kettlebell sport, and powerlifting techniques to work on strength, balance, flexibility, muscle development, coordination, and fat burning.
The first session is complimentary, allowing us to get to know each other and for me to assess your fitness level, comfort with different exercises, health history, and fitness goals. Based on this assessment, I will create a personalized training plan tailored to your objectives.
Throughout our sessions, my primary goal is to help you feel better and improve your overall health. You can expect a dynamic and supportive environment where we will work together to achieve your fitness goals.
