Hello My names Darius, I am a 28 year old U.S. Army veteran. I have officially been a personal trainer for a year now. However, while I was in the military there was a three year period I was in charge of creating and leading the monthly workout schedule for my platoon of 40 soldiers. There is no one that I would not want to help achieve their fitness goals. When it comes to age. I love to work with all ages and all genders. I believe we all deserve to live our best life. Typical Training Session
Each of my training sessions vary from client to client. I hand make every clients training session based off their own personal needs. I start with a initial assessment session. In this session I will spend sometime getting to know my client and their needs. I have each client fill out some pre-screening paperwork explaining their general health. Afterwards I will have the client perform a few different exercises in order to gain a better understanding of the clients endurance and mobility. From there I can create a custom workout plan to help the clients personal goals.
