Hey there I’m Dave. In high school and college I was an athlete that always had a knack for figuring out how to work out and train. I was always helping out other people with exercises and form. I eventually took that ability and started being a certified trainer. 10 years later I have racked up experience in so many areas. My training has included helping clients, lose weight, gain muscle, become stronger, faster, more mobile, improve their skills in boxing, increase their stamina and ultimately improve their self esteem. I’ve trained clients of all ages and backgrounds. Even including moms to be or moms with a second kid on the way. Currently I’m working on learning more about the benefits of training and longevity so that I can help everyone stay their best longer.
Hourly rate: $85
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
You can expect a thorough warm up that helps address things that need work. Then it’s the work that is the number one priority for you. Finally at the end there is either core work or conditioning work depending on your goals. Then there is a recap of how things went and we talk about what to work on next.
One client came back from Covid walking at over 260 pounds. His new lifestyle and habits didn’t help him as he admitted right away. We got back to it and in less than one year he was down to 220 pounds. In our sessions we set up goals for him on how to improve his nutrition and sleep. He was focused and determined to change for the better. He loved the structure and craved knowledge. For the first time in his life he could do multiple pull ups. For once his shirt was tighter in the chest and loose in the abdominal area. His new found appreciation for his physique and athleticism gave him the confidence to get out there and play tennis every week
