I have been in love with training since 2008 when I began playing football. Strength training changed my confidence and demeanor. Training further shaped my life when I left college football to pursue being a Krav Maga instructor and personal trainer. Since Then I have obtained my bachelors in Nutrition Science, been a Cooper Institute CPT, and am now an ISSA-CPT. I love helping people become stronger, move better, and enjoy their lives more.
Hourly rate: $100
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required

Dr. Frank Jones – Frank is an 87 highly active man who wanted to improve his strength and possibly return to racket ball. While we were not able to return him to the court within 7 weeks his posture and strength changed. He was standing more upright, moving with greater confidence, and his children and peers took notice that he had been doing something that worked.
