Train out of your home – The trainer comes to you.
While balancing a fast paced career in business development and being a wife and the mom of two girls, Dawn found an outlet with strength training and rhythm based cycling. Strength training pushed and challenged Dawn just as her past life as a high school varsity athlete did. Rhythm based cycling reminded her of her deep passion of music and the wonders of the mind body connection while sweating. Dawn had never considered a career in fitness yet what started as a small tug in her gut was slowly becoming a career shift. She knew her calling was to bring this experience to others and help them find their true potential. She took the leap to leave the corporate world to become an instructor and show others it is never too late, too early, too whatever to make a change. Dawn earned her personal training certification from the highly accredited National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and set out to help people find their true potential through strength training and conditioning. Dawn’s passion for moving to music is threaded throughout all of her workouts – even personal training sessions. She also is an instructor at a rhythm based cycling studio in Evanston called Spiritspyn.

One of my favorite stories is my own. I went from being unhappy with myself (mind and body) to learning to love it all by training and maintaining an “all in moderation” eating style. I lost 25 pounds, increased muscle tone and cardiovascular endurance. This was truly the reason I became so passionate about health and fitness and decided my calling was to motivate others to move.
