Diana started her practice in college in 1989 and continues to curiously explore the ways yoga adds to every experience.

First session is FREE
We will start with warm up exercises that will not only wake up the body but will also inform us of any edges the body needs to be aware of as we move forward. The heart of class with be appropriately up tempo with intelligent sequences linked to breath. To close, chair or floorwork will be offered to settle the nervous system and a gentle rest period will end the class.
I specialize in working with people with physical or behavioral challenges.
