About Dillon Kelleher

Already in this lifetime, I have worn many hats–working with kids, performing, writing, sales, and construction, to name a few. During a crisis of identity nearly four years ago, I asked the universe, “how can I best be of service to the world? How can I use my gifts to do good and help others? If I am doing that, I know I will be happy.” My journey into the wellness field has simultaneously filled me with passion and has also proved to be the path of least resistance.

“When you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it.” — The Alchemist, Paulo Coelho

I discovered my love for personal training by unknowingly being my own first client. Sports injuries from over a decade ago had still been impacting, not just my performance in the gym, but also my daily life. I spent many years addressing my own litany of aches and pains, from being a lifelong athlete, and over time this sparked a genuine fascination in health as a whole. Knowledge is power and I wanted to know as much as possible so I could help myself as much as possible. Subsequently, new friendships organically blossomed based on these newfound interests, which turned into job at a gym, where I received support in attaining my ACE Certification and hands-on mentorship from knowledgeable master trainers in the field.

I have coached Crossfit for adults and teens, as well as, executed successful personal training and injury recovery programs both online and in person.

Training Philosophy
The means and the ends must be one; reaching goals by enjoying the journey

Training Professionally Since
July 9, 2019

Typical Training Session

Each session will have a similar structure but will be different based on what we are trying to accomplish that day and the client’s specific needs. A sample structure of a session would include: a proper warm up featuring foam rolling (as needed), joint mobility, muscle stretching, core training, and tissue activation exercises to match whatever compound movement, strength training, or HIIT work that follows and concludes the session. The goal is to prepare the body psychologically and physiologically for exercise, and by the time the more challenging piece of the workout arrives the client feels confident and prepared. The client can expect to leave feeling strong, confident and like they know more than they did when they arrived. One of my goals to empower you will be to share information throughout session about why we are doing exactly what it is that we are doing, making you feel informed and a part of the process–because it’s all about you!

Client success story

I have worked with sedentary adults, high school athletes, people with specific contraindications, and the general population — all with positive results. With safety and sustainability being the main priorities — we work at your pace and program our sessions to your interests.
