Typical Training Session

All training sessions are customized to each individual depending on goals and aspirations. I will prepare a unique exercise split around the amount of days per week we train to make sure that we are able to work on all things necessary to reach those goals.

Client success story

My favorite success story is one of an 86 year old woman, named Phyllis. I began working with her and her husband as they were at the age of functionality decline and were leading relatively active lives. Phyllis struggled with many day to day movements, especially sitting down and getting back up on her own. Our primary focus for our first 6 months was to be able to do just that. We put in a lot of time and a lot of repetition working on the strength around her knees and quads. She surpassed all expectations and achieved this goal in just 4 months. Around the 6 month mark, they took a vacation to Colorado with their son, grandkids, and great-grandkids and ended up going on a short hike. Her son noticed that a portion of the hike was relatively steep and was worried about her taking on that challenge safely, so he decided that he wanted to check it out before she attempted to proceed and got a little caught up exploring with his kids and grandkids. When he came back to help her, about 5-10 minutes later, he returned to the top of the hill to find she made it on her own! This was a massive win for her, and by far one of the most incredible achievements I’ve had the pleasure of being a part of.
