Passionate about health and fitness, I bring a personalized and results-driven approach to training, whether your goal is strength, weight loss, mobility, sports performance, or overall well-being. With over 12 years of experience, including holding an NSCA-CSCS certification, I’ve worked with a diverse range of clients, from beginners to high-performance athletes. My background includes working with organizations such as Schreiner University, Florida Atlantic University, Richmond University, NASA-Johnson Space Center, Stuart Hall School, Orange Theory Fitness, D1 Training, Cincinnati Reds – Ballpark Operations, and Fox Rehabilitation and Physical Therapy.

Based in Conroe, TX, my wife and I love to travel and spend time with our three dogs and two horses. Originally from the Shenandoah Valley, I bring a lifelong passion for movement and wellness to every session!
Hourly rate: $90
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
A typical training session includes a warm-up while we discuss our previous session, review today’s workout with its goals. Then we get into the bulk of the work and we finish will a cool down as we talk and get feedback. I love when clients offer feedback, so we can fine tune the workout and its intensity to how you feel that day based upon your daily activity level and strain.
One of my most memorable client success stories was with a man who had a stroke and lost function of his left side. Within three months, he is now walking with a walker/cane, can squat and is regaining control of his life. He is an extremely determined person, who wants to work. The path to recovery and change can be long and grueling, but the results will come!
