I am a personal trainer, licensed physical therapist, and Strength and Conditioning Coach of 9 years. I have worked with ages 7 to 103 years old. I work with all sorts of clientele from semi-professional athletes, general fitness, and elderly adults. Hourly rate: $140
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
A typical session starts with a general cardio warm up followed by a specific warm up based on what we are planning on working that session. Sessions are usually.sub-maximal in intensity due to sustainability and research. The end of session is stretching and mobility work to prepare for next session.
I have a 65 year old client that I started training due to low back pain. This client had never had a trainer before, but I was able to quickly fix the client’s low back pain of 3 years in a couple weeks. After resolving the low back pain, the client was able to deadlift 315 pounds without low back pain with ease. This client has increased their weight since then and has not had any back pain.
