Ace ( American Council On Exercise) certified personal trainer. Dynamic & creative approach to designing customized exercise programs to each individual fitness levels & fitness goals. At an early age exercise took forefront in my life, always active through weight training , running , dance & more. Throughout years of enjoying the positive benefits of exercise and currently working one on one and small group settings ; my training philosophy is that everyone can have fun exercising , it should not have to feel like ” work” and always keeping my clients safe through enjoyable & effective programs that avoid staleness and keep both myself & client in a constant state of challenge, accountability & progress.
Hourly rate: $75
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
My sessions consist of a 10 min warm up ( full body stretches & mobility drills) to prepare the body.
6 to 8 typically compound exercises ( according to client fitness level & goals) always aiming for either a full body workout or split ( lower or upper body)
Cool down ( typically 10 mins ) or Finisher ( depending on client’s goals) to continue burning calories after session. Finisher is a high intensity cardio .
I am currently working with a client that felt always very intimidated to set foot at a gym due to preconceived ideas about working out.
After working together for 4 months and starting to see results; now my client perspective on gyms have changed and he feels less intimidated being in a gym setting . He is shifting his mentality about fitness thanks to the program I have established and he is now looking forward to our sessions .
