As a certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and a certified Yoga Teacher, I bring about 25 years of fitness experience.
I specialize in strength training, weight lifting, resistance training, and free weights, corrective exercises and nutrition.
My approach combines proven techniques with a touch of creativity to keep workouts engaging and challenging.

In a typical training session with me, clients can expect a customized workout tailored to their goals and fitness level.
I start with a thorough warm-up to prepare the body for exercise.
The main workout includes a mix of strength training, resistance training. Starting with compound exercises, then do isolation, all with a focus on proper technique to maximize results and prevent injury.
I also emphasize clear instruction and encouragement throughout, creating a positive and motivating environment.
The session concludes with a cool-down and stretching to aid recovery and flexibility.
