Hi! I’m Ella, a dedicated fitness professional with a background in rehabilitation, adaptive fitness, and injury prevention. My expertise lies in working with individuals of all abilities, helping them build strength, improve posture, and enhance movement efficiency. I specialize in disability services, mind-muscle connection training, and posture retraining by balancing weak and overactive muscles. My personal fitness passion is in calisthenics and arm balance training, but I’m best known for my individualized approach: every program I design is tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.
Hourly rate: $80

Each session is built around your specific needs, starting with a mobility warm-up, targeted strength work, and movement-based drills. Whether you’re looking to improve posture, build functional strength, or master advanced calisthenics skills, I’ll guide you with a personalized, engaging, and effective program.
One of my most rewarding experiences was working with a client who had chronic back pain due to postural imbalances. Through targeted corrective exercises and mindful strength training, we were able to restore proper movement mechanics and significantly reduce their pain, allowing them to return to the activities they love.
