Train out of your home – The trainer comes to you.
I started my fitness journey in college- I worked out at the gym next door to help combat the stress that came with pursuing a B.S. in Biology plus working to put myself through school. I loved the energy, perseverance, and discipline it gave me to manage my time effectively. In 2013, my brother unexpectedly passed away due to an enlarged heart. He was my everything. I turned to fitness to help give myself a healthy outlet to try to process everything and decided to embark in a new modality- Yoga. It saved my life. I was introduced to a beautiful, supportive community of people and I was able to see firsthand how healing and transformative fitness can be. I became a yoga teacher, through an IndieGogo campaign supported by friends and family, to be able to share what yoga did for me with others. Since then, I’ve loved being a part of the fitness community- furthering my knowledge by getting Yoga Sculpt Certified, ACE Certified in Personal Training and Group Fitness, and currently pursuing my Pilates training as well. It’s been wonderful to help people transform their lives not just physically but from the inside out through one-on-one sessions, small group sessions, and large classes. I love what I do and I am so blessed to be able to do it.

Reliability, care, passion, results.
There are so many it’s hard to pinpoint just one. I honestly just feel as though the world can feel so depleting at times, it is so nice to have a space whether it’s a gym, a studio, a home, an office etc. where you can dedicate time to yourself through fitness. Not only does it help overall physical health, but you never know what clients are going through. It’s wonderful to see them open up, to take that time to let go of their outside circumstances and work hard to accomplish goals and help them get there. I am so blessed to have had certain adversities to where I can closely relate to people’s stories- I was in a walker for a few months following birth, and tore my hamstring. I know how debilitating injuries can be, and what it feels like to go through rehabilitation. I am able to be there for pregnant mothers who feel neglected, post-natal women who feel as though their bodies are strangers, athletes who have suffered injuries doing activities they love, etc. The fitness community houses such a huge spectrum of people that have various needs and it’s been a pleasure to be a part of it and serve. I love seeing my regulars and having people give me positive feedback about my programs, but honestly sometimes just seeing them smile and walk a little taller as they leave means the most. I know how much fitness has helped me and the ability to give back even just a fraction of what I’ve received means everything.
