I specialize in strength training, specifically kettlebell and barbell. Ever since discovering my love for lifting at an old school bodybuilding gym in college, I continued to explore her strength thought kettlebell training, Powerlifting, Strongman and Muay Thai. Shattering self-doubt in my training, taught me to apply the same methodology in everyday life. My mission is to empower others to discover their strength, mentally and physically, while establishing sustainable lifestyle habits.
Hourly rate: $130
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
Every session is tailored to my clients goals, stress level and other lifestyle factors. My sessions always begin with mobility, a dynamic warm up and movement patterning to prime the body. The rest of session is purely based on an individuals needs and goals. I ensure my clients leave our sessions feeling good (not beat up) and ready to take on the rest of the day.
Erin has been my personal trainer for nearly five years. Following a major surgery, my fitness goals changed dramatically and Erin was the first person I approached to help me in obtaining mass, strength, and gains on big lifts. As a 39 year old man, I wanted to get back to where I was in my 20s. The results I have achieved to date are due to Erin’s combination of diverse training methods, individualized exercise programs & challenging yet achievable goal setting. Her professionalism, extensive knowledge and enthusiastic commitment to her work and ultimately her clients, provides the perfect scenario for success and sets foundations for my new healthier lifestyle.
