Ever since discovering her love for lifting at an old school bodybuilding gym in college, Erin continued to explore her strength through Powerlifitng, Strongman and Muay Thai. In 2017, Erin became a certified personal trainer and started teaching group fitness classes. A year later, she discovered hardstyle kettlebell training and became obsessed with how a little ball of iron can do so much for the body and mind. Shattering self-doubt in her training, taught Erin to apply the same methodology in everyday life. She encourages her students to do the same. Erin holds multiple certifications including SFG I, SFG II, SFL, CFSC, and assisted at StrongFirst Level 1 Kettlebell course in 2022.
Hourly rate: $120

First session is FREE
My sessions start with 15 minutes of mobility, activation/corrective exercise and power development, followed by 45 minutes of strength training.
