I strongly believe that everyone is an athlete in their own way. I’m a “you are stronger than you think” type of trainer who will push you to your limits and enjoy watching you accomplish something you didn’t think you could do. I’m open and honest with my clients about what they need to do to accomplish their goals. I’m encouraging, motivating, and tough–and I do it with a smile on my face. I have over 3 1/2 years of experience in personal training as well as 2 years of experience as a strength and conditioning coach at the collegiate level. I strive to become a better coach everyday so I can adequately serve my clients with the best experience they can get.
Hourly rate: $100
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
Each of my clients can expect a session that will be tailored to there needs. All sessions are individualized to what my client’s goals are. Every session will start with a brief warm up that includes 3 components: myofascial release, dynamic warm up, and movement preparation. After that, the session will include a structured, but flexible, workout that is based off of programming that will be used throughout our time together; this session can include weight loss, strength, weight management, corrective exercise, or performance programing. At the end, clients will go through a dynamic cool-down before we end the session. Expect to get a little sweaty along the way!
