Train out of your home – The trainer comes to you.
Hi, I’m Grace! I’ve been training since 2011 and enjoy helping people who are otherwise not inclined towards an active lifestyle. Sometimes this is because of age, ailment, or other physical circumstances that deter us from adopting an active lifestyle. Other times it’s more psychological; maybe you’ve never been ‘athletic’, or don’t feel confident or comfortable in a gym setting. Sometimes, it’s a combination of both the physical and the psychological aspects. Whatever the reason, I’d love to support you in adopting an active lifestyle, gaining confidence, strength, energy, and an overall greater quality of life! I have advanced education to work with individuals with Parkinson’s disease, Multiple Sclerosis, older adults, prenatal & postpartum, as well as general health & fitness. If you know you need to get active, but have no idea where to start, or feel that you may be too deconditioned, or too overweight, or too anything… I assure you, you are not! You can start right now! And in fact, I encourage you to do so!

A friendly, smiling face who is excited and prepared to see them! They can then expect to be asked how things went since I saw them last, and to be accountable for having completed any assigned homework/exercises. After that they can expect a fun, safe, and intentional workout, with kind encouragement, and constant attention – always checking for safety of movements, as well as level of fatigue and overall client wellness. Upon the end of the workout the client will leave with clear directions for habits and/or other homework to work on between sessions.
“I love working out with Grace because she is fun, non-judgmental and very supportive. Her workouts are dynamic and challenging, and she will help you achieve your fitness goals in anyway she can. I appreciate how she listens and answers all my questions, always educating and motivating me, especially with some of my conditions, like tendinitis and a history of injuries. Recently, because I suffered from sciatica pain while pregnant, she was of the most important support, providing me with carefully planned workouts, at-home stretches and exercises, along with additional nutrition information. I remained fit and full of energy throughout the pregnancy, and went on to have an easy delivery and quick postpartum recovery. She is also full of resources and doesn’t mind doing the research needed to make sure you receive the right care and support needed. I don’t think there’s a better trainer out there – she’s 5 stars all the way!”
