Hi, I’m Haley!

I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach, and Performance Enhancement Specialist.

I’ve worked with people of all ages – from young children to seniors – to improve their overall health and strength and reach fitness goals.

I am especially passionate about helping others move without pain, develop healthy and athletic movement patterns, and discover their own passions for lifelong fitness.

I believe strength training holds the power to make each and every person’s life more free and fulfilling, and my goal is to help as many people as I can reach their goals and build stronger, healthier bodies.

Typical Training Session

A typical session with me includes 1-on-1 coaching where I provide you with a custom workout plan, technical corrections, and a great workout! We will spend each session addressing your short and long term goals; addressing your overall health, wellness, and progress; and building strength! Each and every client has unique goals and exercise history, so no client receives “cookie-cutter” coaching. Your workout and your program is designed to get you and your body specifically where YOU want to go!
