Hi I’m Coach Indi (you can call me Indi, Indigo, Coach, whatever floats your boat!). I have a BS in exercise science and am currently in school to get my doctorate of physical therapy! I had an eating disorder at an early age that ruined my relationship with food and exercise for a long while. Now it is my passion to help others feel empowered by exercise and nutrition. Education, empowerment and sustainable fitness are huge values of mine! You will never see me promoting any quick fixes!

My clients can expect well thought out and programmed training that emphasizes overall muscle development and cardiovascular health. Resistance training is a large part of all programs and cardio is programmed based upon goals, time and enjoyment! Generally training will look like 10-15 minutes of a warm up, 30-45 minutes of resistance training and core work and mobility, 5-10 minutes cooling down.
I had a client come to me with goals for fat loss and muscle growth (essentially what is known as “toning), but she delt with knee pain with many leg exercises. Through well thought out programming, she has progressed to very little knee pain when walking or doing leg exercises. She has been seeing a lot more muscle growth and strengthening since working with me and enjoys her programming. While aches and pains with exercise may seem like huge setbacks, they don’t have to be! With well programmed exercise and mobility work, your goals are possible and pain free movement can be achieved!
