Hello there! My name is Ivana and I am VERY passionate about helping and guiding those who wants to make changes within their lives! Life has taken me on a path of self-healing whether it be physically, emotion and especially with my mental health. I truly believe that health and fitness is also connected with mental health. I have recently been on (still on it) a journey of internal healing and self-acceptance which has also led me to be at my heaviest physically and emotionally. I have also been strength training and involved in the Health & Fitness world for about 8 years now. I am currently in the process of getting my Health Coach certification and I have a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from California State University, Fullerton.
Hourly rate: $75
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
In the beginning of the session I will talk to the client for a few minutes and ask some questions on how they are doing, what their headspace has been like, if they are struggling with anything at the moment, etc. Once we have our one-on-one conversation, then the real fun begins! Our training session will involve me guiding the client through the type of training of their choosing. I will guide them through a handful of exercises and make sure they have a great experience with me. Also, my job here is to make the client feel as comfortable as possible because sometimes exercising can be out of their comfort zone and/or intimidating. Once our training session is over, I will always talk to the client to make sure they were pleased with the session.
The client success story I have at the moment is my very own. The past year and a half I have been doing a lot of internal work as well as working on my physical health. I have been on a path of self-healing which has led me to love and accept myself more, make working out more of a passion and not a chore, worked on my mental health which all led to my weight loss. I began losing weight the moment I let go of all the stress and obsession I had around how I thought society wanted me to look like as well as letting go of all the negative thoughts I had of my body and mind. My main goal used to be to lose weight and get a six pack which in turn made me obsess over the gym and I had unhealthy thoughts that ruled over my mind. I thought I had to look a certain way in order to be accepted by people. While I have been on this journey of self-healing, I finally have been able to accept my mind, body and soul to the fullest! I have been able to change the way I look at exercising now. I believe it is something that will make me a strong individual and helps me along the way of becoming an even healthier person.
