I am a young athlete specialized in wholistic strength condition, sports performance, and total athletic wellness. I am currently working towards a bachelors in nutrition and a doctorate in physical therapy for my career. I started my athletic journey at around 8, being apart of my first swim team is where I fell in love with sports, since then I have risen to leadership over the years and have moved into the coaching role which I now love more than anything. What brings me joy in this role is the ability to watch my clients grow and excel beyond what they thought was ever possible. I love working with people and being able to see them grow!
Hourly rate: $75

Begin with an appropriate cardiovascular warmup exercise, following a detailed targeted workout to specific goals. In fitness, specificity is important, but accomplishing goals is what people are here for. Working towards being a better basketball player will obviously involve hand foot drills and increasing lean muscle mass along with cardiac output, but stability is also important, along with ensuring other less used muscles don’t see any atrophy. Finally towards the end we will always take anywhere from 10-20 to stretch out any muscle groups used in the session. It has been clinically proven that post workout stretching not only reduces lactic acid build up shortening recovery time, but also prevents injury, improves blood flow to increase hypertrophy, and provides a full range of motion to improve lifestyle.
I started my journey in pediatric coaching. My favorite memory of all time was getting to watch a little girl I had at the beginning of my career grow to be able beat me (with fins of course for my own dignity) in a 25 meter freestyle at just 11 years old. She worked hard everyday and ran circles around my team putting in extra hours every week in the pool. To this day I am still blown away by the progress she made and she taught me that anyone who wants it enough can push through and accomplish their fitness goals. I still miss her to this day, but I’m sure she’s still pushing hard and growing to be the great swimmer I knew she could become!
