Hi, my name is Jamella. I became a personal trainer because I am very passionate about people’s overall health. I want to empower people and encourage them to take charge of their health throughout these transitional and uncertain times. My key focus is always overall strength and comfort in one’s body. I will invest in my clients and give them enough knowledge to ensure they can maintain a healthy lifestyle in the best way that soothes them. As a trainer I understand that each client comes with different demands and each will be treated as such, I will listen accordingly and work with you to ensure you always remain comfortable and your goals are achieved.
Hourly rate: $60
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
Typically the first training session will consist of a complimentary physical assessment where I get to examine and learn about your body and the way it functions when tasked with basic everyday movements. My program designs are normally based on the results of your individual assessment. We do always do bodyweight workouts, Cardio, H.I.I.T, stretches, and strength-based equipment workouts if you have those available.
I have had multiple female clients who were able to improve their overall body strength, they were able to tone up and were more likely to stick to their fitness journey with the useful knowledge given to them. Many of my female clients were able to shed pounds, Hold their planks, squats longer, max out on push-ups, and kill a cardio HIIT workout in a matter of 30 minutes.
