Julie Colon came to me frustrated and bewildered. She just had her bloodwork and was pre-diabetic and termed obese. When I did a nutrition assessment on Julie I actually found out she was not eating enough. You see she completely slowed down her metabolism and her body put the brakes on and went into protection mode. I designed a nutrition plan that she could adhere to with many of the foods she loved, and I also designed a training plan. I held her accountable with weekly photo and body fat measurement check-ins. I checked on her nutrition daily via an app to make sure she was hitting all her macros. Well, Julie this past week hit the 65-lb weight loss mark and has built some nice lean mass to goading with it. She is definitely more confident, but most of all she just had her bloodwork done again and the doctor gave her 5-stars!
