Hi my name is Jared, I am a passionate fitness enthusiast with over 18 years of athletic experience. I use my 18 years to help all fitness levels, whether you want to put on muscle, tone up your glutes, or lose weight, I am here to help! I will build your foundation and help you connect with your body so you can find your own path.
ABOUT ME:
I was raised by a martial artist, powerlifter, and bodybuilder father who started building my foundation at age 6. I grew up training in various martial arts, which showed me the art of expressing oneself through the body and exercising for mental, physical, and spiritual health.
At age 13, I began mentoring/coaching anyone and everyone who turned to me which is when I discovered my passion for helping others with fitness. I was told everyday since then that I need to make helping others with fitness a career.
I knew it was my calling, I knew I was going to pursue it, but I waited because I wanted to fully master my crafts, my body, and my mind before I can teach others.
Fast-forward to now, stepping fully into my calling by becoming a professional personal trainer/online coach and working with a variety of clients reconnected me to my foundation which has led to own self-discovery of hidden natural talents. Through helping others connect with what I love, I stepped up my game as a coach and athlete; creatively blending my 18 years of experience/knowledge to pass down to you!
My athletic background consists of: Gymnastics, Kenpo, Taekwondo, Krav Maga, Competitive Powerlifting, Bodybuilding (Men’s Physique), and Calisthenic Strength Training.
I competed in a total of 8 powerlifting competitions from ages 13-17, and 6 Men’s Physique Competitions from ages 17-20; including 1 National level competition at age 18.
Hourly rate: $65
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required

Monitoring and measuring progress using indicators based off their goals.
Skill development-teaching how to consistently preform the tasks needed, in the gym and at home, so they can learn how to balance health with their work and social lifestyle.
Warm-up with mobility and dynamic stretching
1 hour workout session, teaching different techniques, correcting form, TribalBuilt Core training at least one a week, and creative workouts

For years I enjoyed eating what I want, when I want. I never had to worry about my weight. Then I turned 25 and it seemed over night I gained 20lbs! I went to a gym and immediately began to work out. I started going 3x a week and saw some results. I was excited for my progress! After a while I stalled, I stopped making progress and couldn’t seem to reach the goals I wanted. I decided that I needed professional help and that’s when I hired Jared. He changed my life! He taught me so much about lifting, dieting, and fitness in general. His knowledge was priceless. After just 11 weeks I had a six pack and felt amazing! Not only did he change the way I look but his passion motivated me to pursue a career in fitness so I could help others as Jared had helped me. To this day I continue to use Jared as a coach and motivator. He’s always teaching me new things. I’d recommend him for anyone new, experienced, or anywhere in between!
