Prior to becoming a personal trainer, I was a program director and assistant manager, respectively, at Bally’s Fitness. However, with a personal dedication to my own fitness goals and a desire to see others achieve theirs, I shifted to the personal training field.
Now, with over 20 years of experience, I have helped clients of all ages achieve their fitness goals. This includes, for example, those that were looking to lose weight or for muscle growth, as well as physique competitors and collegiate and professional athletes
Hourly rate: $100
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
At the start of every session, I do a check-in’ with my client to see how things are going, in general, as well as ask if they are experiencing any pain and assess how their sleep and nutrition has been. Depending on their response, I adjust the workout accordingly. Otherwise, following the warm-up, they begin the workout I have planned.
Over a three-year period, I helped my client transform their body to place 11th and later, 7th at the Olympia bodybuilding competition.
