Hello my name is Jazz Jones and I am the owner/operator of Fun & Fit with JazzJ. I understand that too often “wellness; fitness or exercise” can be a daunting chore for many. I believe in living a realistic and healthy lifestyle. After leaving the IT world 5 years ago I used working out as a form of stress management. Taking the negative energy and transforming it into positive. To the point that I competed several years as a bodybuilder. I developed such a passion that I decided to take on a career change as a personal trainer. I bring a fresh perspective focusing on mind and body. Breaking down the mental roadblocks, walls and transforming to a better and stronger “you” mentally and physically.
I make it a point to challenge myself everyday and I pass this on to clients. The results are not only reaching but surpassing goals and building confidence that shines.
Hourly rate: $75
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
Clients can expect customized, challenging and creative training sessions. Core training is essential in workouts for me. Let’s face it our “core” is the glue that bonds us. A weakened core results in many issues. My injury with a bulging lower disk several years ago and previous surgeries on my core resulted in minimal core strength. Building a stronger core improved my overall health and workout.
Clients will become not only physically but mentally stronger!
