With a deep passion for health and wellness, I am a certified Hatha & Ashtanga yoga instructor with over 250 hours of training from Mysore, India. My yoga journey began in 2020 when I turned to yoga to find balance and calm amidst the chaos of life. Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to mastering the practice and sharing its benefits with others. For the past two years, I’ve been teaching daily, both online and offline, in various locations including India, Seattle, and Central America. My classes focus on creating a comfortable and supportive environment where students of all levels can thrive. Whether you’re a beginner or an intermediate practitioner, my goal is to guide you through a journey of physical and mental well-being. Currently, I aspire to expand my practice, connect with more students globally, and continue learning to bring the best of yoga to my community.

In a session with me, you’ll experience a blend of physical and mental rejuvenation. We’ll start with a gentle warm-up to connect with your breath, followed by a sequence of asanas tailored to your level, focusing on alignment, strength, and flexibility. I guide you with clear instructions, offering modifications to ensure safety and accessibility. We’ll wrap up with a calming cool-down and a moment of relaxation, leaving you feeling balanced, refreshed, and more connected to your body and mind. My goal is to support your wellness journey, helping you build strength, flexibility, and inner peace.
One of my most rewarding client success stories involves a student who came to me struggling with chronic stress and anxiety.
