Exercising has been a focus of mine since I was in middle school which brought me to studying Kinesiology in college. Since then I have been working mostly with friends focusing on weight and fat loss. Along with muscle toning/leaning and endurance training. Through my classes I have worked with seniors in the gym helping them with strength training as well as balanced and mobility training. I also worked with out patient therapy for cardiac care during a summer internship. My goals are to help people reach their ideal fitness at any level.
Hourly rate: $75
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
About 5-10 minutes warm up, 30 minutes workout and light cool down for a 50-55 min session. I tailor the workout to what you like so you enjoy the workout.
I have one client who was overweight and very out of shape. Now 3 years later he is still working with me, he is down several pant sizes and has gained a lot more muscle while losing the fat. When we started he could barely run for 5 minutes, now he can run for 30-40 minutes at a steady pace.
