You can call me Jeo. I’ve been passionate about exercise since I was 15 years old. I started lifting weights and training hard to gain muscle, strength, and to prepare me for the rigors of the Marine corps.
I help my clients gain muscle, lose fat, and increase their energy levels with personalized coaching. Additionally, I am able to help clients with chronic pain. I provide modifications and a graded exposure approach to help reduce discomfort and increase function.
I’ve done 5 powerlifting competitions and one half marathon. My goal is to continue competing in powerlifting and work up to a full marathon.
Hourly rate: $110
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
Clients can expect a constructive and positive demeanor from me. A typical session will include exercise teaching and instruction of fitness concepts to enhance knowledge.
My client Lyn was dealing with chronic low back pain before joining my program. In 2 months, the routine we developed helped him overcome his pain so he could focus on gaining muscle and strength. It’s been almost 6 months now and he hasn’t had any flare ups.
