One day it clicked to me several years ago. Fitness is everything! I was out of shape, unhealthy and just plain weak. I decided to change that. I started my personal fitness journey and was working out everyday. I slowly started getting stronger, healthier and more mentally sound. I would set new goals each month and push and push until I crushed them. Once I got to a point where I felt comfortable with myself, I went through the ISSA personal training course. There I received the knowledge to be able to help others with there fitness goals! I am a fulltime first responder, Career Firefighter/EMT so fitness is an important part of my day to day life. I have come up with specialty workouts designed to help those get ready for police/fire academies as well as to get in shape for the job.
