I always check in with my Clients before the session starts with any questions, concerns, new pains, etc. Session involves a tailored workout to clients needs and goals. I always try to spend some time discussing outside factors like diet, stressors, barriers, etc. to ensure best possible success.
I trained with Jessica for several months before moving away. She is the best trainer I’ve ever worked with. I have struggled with knee issues for several years – during our first evaluation she immediately identified a few imbalances in my body which we worked to correct (I had another trainer right before her who never identified these). After just a month, I no longer felt pain in my knees. Our workouts left me feeling leaner, stronger, and pain free! I also appreciated that she gave me thoughtful “homework” assignments to ensure I was staying on track during my individual workouts throughout the week. Would highly recommend her to anyone.

Jessica Frank is a comprehensive personal trainer. I’ve had the pleasure of working with her for the past four years. She’s helped me achieve my strength and conditioning goals as an Ironman triathlete with her background in Pilates, strength, nutrition, core and stability training. This was key in addressing a couple of strength imbalances I had left-to-right, which has helped my swimming form. She’s great at reinforcing correct/corrective movements by providing visual and descriptive cues to keep in mind. I continue to incorporate exercises she shared in my regular training routine and can whole-heartedly recommend her as someone to work with.
