My Name is Jessica Phillips, I am currently graduating in May with a B.S in Kinesiology with a concentration in Clinical Exercise Science. I have trained for over 3 years from personal training to group training. I specialize in sport specific workout and speed in youth. With adults I specialize in General body wellness, Interval training, body specific workouts, and Cross-fit style workouts and rehabilitation. I am well educated on the human body and the nutrition needed that follows.
Hourly rate: $75
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
A client can expect a RAMP style warmup that incorporates things we will be doing in the actual workout, a workout catered towards your goal. During the workout I will show you and make sure you understand every workout and why we are doing it. With that I am a very energetic and outgoing coach with a do it now attitude who is willing to push you further than you thought you could go. There will never be a dull moment during the workout.
